Recently we were pleased to welcome the Municipal Public Library of Tervuren as a new customer.
We asked librarian Mieke Praet how she experienced our services:
“Maintaining the self-service equipment is crucial. Because it has become a mission-critical process in libraries, yyou must be confident that the equipment is functioning properly.
But technology can sometimes let you down. And then when this happens, it’s nice to be helped quickly and competently by engineers with experience and knowledge.”

This is how the librarian of the Tervuren Library experiences the cooperation with ekz benelux. Mieke goes on, “The knowledge and expertise of the team at ekz benelux was a breath of fresh air.”
“We were struggling with a persistent problem from the past, and after the transition to ekz benelux, we found that the engineers were well-versed in solving the problem.
It is nice that ekz benelux has its own technical staff, where we as a library have fixed contacts. With a so-called Service Level Agreement, we have no hidden costs in the future.
We are therefore confident that we can also rely on the service engineers of ekz benelux in the coming years.”
