The clean design, combining functional use of color with full-screen buttons, created a very intuitive user interface. It is also optimized for the visually impaired and color-blind. This is complemented by text in various formats and talking icons to support it. The process steps are designed to achieve the goal with a minimum number of actions. A good example is cross-navigation. Once identified, a user can easily switch to another function (for example, from Overview to Lending) without having to sign in again with the borrower’s card.

The software, the itrack self-service suite, is (re)developed and managed in-house. As a result, we are very flexible in adapting the software, and we can resolve failures energetically.
